RFTR Break

Just a quick post to let you all know that RFTR is taking a break for a while.

I have some significant challenges again at work, so my energies have to be directed towards that at the moment, leaving me no time to keep producing this podcast.

I'm sure the podcast will return, but it may be a while before I can claw back the free time required to put out the show.

Apologies to those of you who enjoy the podcast and will miss hearing the show, but there is little I can do about it at the moment - feeding the family comes first I'm afraid.

You can be sure I'll be keeping my training going, I hope you will too!

Heres a little video I put together during my Sunday run. A little thank you to all of the folks who sent me messages of support for the London Marathon.

RFTR#106 - Marathon Sandwich

OK, OK...I apologise. But, I'm finally back after an absence of several weeks.

In this super-long edition, you get to hear a few audio extracts from my marathon trip to London, and hear me running along the canal on an absolutely beautiful Spring day a few days ago.

I took my camera along with me when I was out running and got some beautiful photos which you can check out here.

I also managed to snap a couple of pics of that elusive fox that keeps visiting us for sausages every evening. You can see a couple of pics : here and here
