Well, I've been away travelling this week and training has been pretty difficult to squeeze in. You can hear me complaining about the dark nights and the British weather, and you can just about hear me above the traffic noise in this week's run-cast on a soggy evening in Berkshire.
The music this week is from Kevin Reeves with 'Throw Me a Line'. Also, incidental music is provided by Meg Allison with 'Old Soul'.

Wow, Nigel. I am right there with you with the work thing taking up time and the struggle to get a run in. Glad you finally got out there, even with the weather and the traffic. I don't know about you, but I always feel better afterwards, and judging by the unexpected distance you did, I think you felt pretty good as well.
Great show Nigel. Lots of thanks that you even worked for us, listeners, during your course days. But, if you can arrange it, please take a route without so much traffic. I was running through a deserted polder, yet got the idea I was on the Silverstone circuit.
